We commenced our journey by producing stainless-steel bumpers and parts. We eventually expanded our offerings to include a range of luxury half-scaled Junior Cars, paying tribute to some of the world’s most renowned classic cars. Established in 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, by Ly Phan and her ex-partner, Harrington Group has become synonymous with quality, customer service, and global reach. Over the years, we have successfully evolved, consistently setting the highest standards in our industry.

James MacLachlan joined Harrington Group in 2016 as the new Director responsible for the junior car division. His vision extended beyond luxury toys for children to adults passionate about classic cars.  The target age range is 8 years to 80 and beyond.

After significant redesign and upgrades since 2016, we relaunched the existing range and introduced six new models.

As of today, Harrington Group has grown into a substantial enterprise, proudly claiming the title of the world’s largest stainless steel classic car bumpers manufacturer in terms of both volume and product variety. We produce over 300 types of car bumpers for 58 marques, along with a diverse range of other parts crafted from various materials. Our Junior Cars have earned recognition in numerous magazines and TV shows, including Top Gear, underscoring our unwavering commitment to quality. Our dedicated team comprises more than 60 staff members, operating from a production factory spanning 32,000 square feet in Vietnam.
